The requirement for details coming to covering:
At the input control the appearance of the parts is controlled visually using the comparison standards in individual cases. Roughness of the surface of parts in accordance with GOST 2789-73 should correspond to the parameter Rz;> 40 μm. On the surface of details of hot-rolled metal, cast, forged and tumbled parts there should be no rust, scale, burrs: on the surface of polished parts - nicks, dents, cracks. Welded and soldered joints must be continuous, protected and free from defects.
